  4. Step 4 Fry the patties Now heat oil in a pan over medium flame. Coat the patties with the breadcrumbs and fry them until golden brown on both sides.

  6. Step 6 Assemble the burger Take one half of the burger bun. Spread some butter and put the lettuce on it.
  7. Step 7 Add slices onions, cucumber and tomatoes Put the vegetable patty on it. Add slices of onion, tomato, cucumber and cheese. If you want to make it more tasty and healthy use eggless mayonnaise instead of cheese.
